How To Join the RRR
The best way to join the club is
to come along to one of the
training sessions in your running gear and join
the training run. For the seniors, Monday and Wednesday evenings and the
juniors Wednesday only. We are pleased to welcome runners of any standard.
If you have any doubts you can speak to any of the committee members who will
be happy to advise you.
Both senior and junior runners are welcome to run with the club for a few
weeks on a trial basis. After that we would ask you to join. Membership forms
can be obtained from any of the club committee. Alternatively, you can
download a form from the link below.
The junior section welcomes
runners of all standards, ages of 8 - 16. There is no minimum standard, just a
willingness to train to improve. The emphasis is on running for enjoyment and
fitness.
