Frostbite Friendly League

These races take place monthly starting October and finishing in March.  All events are approx 5 miles in the senior event and 1.5 miles in the junior event.  The number of participants has increased over the years, which shows the popularity of these races.  Although the Frostbite League is labelled 'friendly' the competition is very serious with clubs aiming to enter their best runners.  You are very likely to see some of our best county runners turn up to these events (most probably at the front somewhere).
