3k & 5K Ferry Meadows

This was the first of 5 Grand Prix races, which mainly take place in and around Peterborough at 2 week intervals. The results from each race are totaled to give an overall score, where prizes are presented during a presentation race after the series. There are 2 races at each event, a junior 3k and senior 5k, which take place during Wednesday evenings. This first race attracted 52 3k Runners and 245 5k Runners. A total of 24 Ramsey Road Runners took part during the evening, where the conditions were very warm.
