3k & 5K Ferry Meadows

This was the second of 5 Grand Prix races, which mainly take place in and around Peterborough on Wednesday evenings at 2 week intervals. The results from each race are totalled to give an overall score, where prizes are presented during a presentation race after the series. There are 2 races at each event, a junior 3k and senior 5k, and this race attracted 62 3k Runners and 220 5k Runners. A total of 25 Ramsey Road Runners took part, where the conditions were much cooler with slight wind.
